These are the men and women that  handle all of our police and fire calls, as well as our 911 emergency  calls. They collect the vital information needed to determine response,  priority level and type of service required. They form a crucial link  between you, the caller, and the police, fire, and emergency  apparatus responding to the call for service. The questions they ask and  the information they obtain are vital in providing the most effective services to you, the  public.
